Merchants
A subcommittee of promotions made up of merchants, business owners,and property owners in the Main Street Program whose role is to discuss issues facing the downtown and possible solutions as well as discuss ways they can work together to promote themselves.

Economic Restructuring
Sharpen the competitiveness of existing business owners and recruits compatible new businesses and new economic uses to build a commercial district that responds to today's consumers' needs
